Improvers

Many of our members were helped to get started in running through our Couch to 5K programme. We do not currently have a C25K group, but we are helping runners through the next stage of their running journey. Our Improvers runs are open to all and we make sure that the pace and distance is suitable for those who want to run 5K+. Feel free to come along and try a session or two as our guest.
